Guest & Property Operations Specialist – Bristol (BS36)
STAE-HOMES is looking for a friendly, organised and digitally confident person to join our growing short-stay property business.
Hybrid role – home-based with attendance at our Frampton Cotterell office around 1–2 days per week
£26,000–£32,000 per year, depending on experience
Full-time (around 37.5 hours) or part-time/contract work from 20+ hours
Full UK driving licence and own transport requiredWhat you’ll be doing:
* Managing Airbnb, Booking.com and other online listings
* Communicating with guests and property owners
* Managing bookings, prices and availability
* Using Excel, Word, Outlook and online systems
* Coordinating cleaners, contractors and suppliers
* Helping with property supplies and occasional property visits
* Supporting social media and direct bookings
* General admin and keeping things organised
We’re looking for someone who is:
Organised and reliable Good with numbers and attention to detail Confident with computers and online platforms A strong communicator Friendly and professional Practical, proactive and able to work independently Comfortable with occasional travel and practical property tasksPrevious experience in hospitality, Airbnb, Booking.com, holiday lets or property management is helpful but not essential.
