When you book a stay at STAE Homes there are no added surcharges for using our WiFi, TV, and other utilities. What’s more, when you book direct you’ll enjoy the best booking rates and we offer a loyalty scheme for HR departments and travel managers.
Payment of a non-refundable deposit may be required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due before arrival or immediately when booking.
At the time of booking, we may ask our guests for a security deposit of up to £200. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay.
If the booking is within 14 days of the check-in date, a cancellation fee may apply.

Yes, we do allow pets in most of our properties. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small charge of up to £50 per stay.
We welcome children to our accommodation and often provide a high chair and cot on-site. We accept no risk or liability on the use of the equipment. It is chosen to be used with full responsibility in the company of an adult.
Please inform beforehand if you specifically need a high chair or a cot.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 10AM. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out.
