There is an enormous roof terrace with incredible views looking out over Playa de Mogan and the marina. Inside you will find a spacious dining room and lounge area. A well-equipped kitchen giving you the perfect place to dine in. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed which can be separated into two singles and a sofa bed as an optional extra in the lounge area.

Please note there are steps leading up to the property and street parking is available. . Television and wifi is included.
