The entrance to the building is on Devonport Road. next to Stoke Barbers. When you enter through the front door, you will pass through a short corridor to find the entrance to the apartment. A thoughtfully designed downstairs, one bedroom apartment, perfect for a relaxing getaway for up to three people. The apartment features a single-level layout, with an open plan living area and kitchen. There is a small courtyard at the rear where you can enjoy the southern sunshine.

A cosy lounge includes sofa bed, smart TV and dining table for your nights in. after a hard day exploring the surrounding area. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your stay including utensils, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and hob. Please note there is no oven.

The bedroom contains a double bed, offering a comfortable and restful retreat, complete with bedside tables and reading lamps for added convenience. A private and modern shower room, equipped with contemporary fixtures and amenities for your convenience, such as a walk-in shower and ample storage space.

Public transport options are readily available with bus stops located a short walk away on Devonport Road, providing frequent services to Plymouth city centre and surrounding areas. The journey to the city centre takes approximately 10-15 minutes by bus. For those arriving by train, Plymouth Railway Station is about a 10-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute bus journey from the apartment. Parking is available on street, with some free and some paid parking available on the surrounding roads. For those flying in, Exeter Airport (EXT) is the nearest airport, approximately a 1-hour drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available for convenient transportation.
